ADMISSION INTO GENERAL NURSING SCIENCE FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into full time National Diploma (ND) programme in General Nursing Science.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have the following to meet the admission requirements:

1. Senior School Certificate (SSC) or GCE O'Level from either WAEC or NECO (or combination of the two) with five (5) credit in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings.

2. The 2026 JAMB, UTME Result score of 170 and above.

3. Candidate must not be below the age of sixteen (16) years by September, 2026.

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Eligibility

Only candidates who have done change of institution on JAMB CAPS to College of Nursing Sciences (CONS), UPTH are eligible to apply.

 

Steps of Application Process

Candidates who have done change of institution to College of Nursing Sciences, UPTH, can apply online by following the steps below:

Step 1: Visit ecampus.cons.upth.gov.ng

Step 2: Click Applicant Login to create account and verify with the code sent to your E-mail.

Step 3: Sign in and click Start Application on your chosen programme.

Step 4: Search for your JAMB registration and click on continue to proceed to payment.

Step 5: Pay a non-refundable fee of N25,000 for the Application Form online either by Card, Transfer, USSD or Bank App and print the Transaction Receipt.

Step 6: Fill the Application Form and upload your O'Level Result(s), LGA Identification, and Birth Certificate.

Step 7: Submit and print your Application Summary.

Step 8: Come with the hardcopy of the printed application summary on the date of the Screening Test and Submit it at the Registrar's Office.

 

CLOSING DATE FOR SALE OF APPLICATION FORMS

• The closing date for sale of Application Forms will be by 12 midnight on Friday, October 16, 2026.

 

SCREENING TEST

The date and time for the screening which is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be communicated to Applicants via E-mail and SMS in due course.
