ADMISSION INTO THE VARIOUS SCHOOLS FOR 2014/2015 SESSION

SCHOOL OF NURSING 

The sales of admission forms to the School of Nursing is in progress from 24th February· 4th July,2014. 

METHOD OF APPLICATION 

1. Log on to School of Nursing, LUTH website on http://www.son·luth.com

2. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Five O'level Credit in English Language. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. ' 

3. Submit a printout copy of the application form to the School'sAdmission office and evidence of payment to the examination venue. 

4. EXAMINATION DATE: Saturday, 12th July, 2014.

TIME: 7.30AM

VENUE: School of Nursing Aduditorium

5. Application Fee: N6,000.00

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION 

Selection of candidates will be based on academic qualification and result of a competitive interview and review of research proposal. 

ACCOMMODATION

The programme is non-residential, students have to arrange for their accommodation. 

METHOD OF APPLICATION 

Candidates should apply in person for application forms with a remittance of N5.000.00 Bank Draft to the Cash Office, Accounts Department, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba and thereafter present two (2) Photostat copies of  the payment recipt to the office ofthe Head of Scholl, School of Medical Laboratory Sciences, LUH, Idi-Araba. Lagos Application forms duly completed must be returned to the head of School, not late than 23rd June 2014
