Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Higher National Diploma (HND) NBTE Accredited and National Diploma (ND) in Social Development and Occupational Therapy.

HND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS  

5 Credits in not more than two sittings. A combination of NECO and WAEC is acceptable.

ND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS  

5 Credits in not more than two sittings. Must include English Language, Mathematics and any of the art subjects.

Physics, Chemistry, Biology is compulsory for OT.

A combination of NECO and WAEC is acceptable.

ND/HND METHOD OF APPLICATION  

Applicants are to pay a non-refundable fee of 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only for HND and 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) only for ND to the U & C Microfinance Bank; Account Number: 1100325594 School of Community and Allied Health Sciences, University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital and present the teller to the School Bursar for the issuance of official receipt and on presentation of evidence of such payment, obtain an application form from the office of the School Secretary at Neuropsychiatric Building, UPTH

ND/HND SELECTION INTERVIEW  

Entrance Examination date and time will be communicated to you. Applicants should bring along writing materials for the examination.

Mobile phones are not allowed into the examination hall. Applicants are to bring along original copies of their certificates.
