This is to notify the public on the sales of forms for admission into the School of Nursing, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Ilorin Kwara State. The order of the entire admission process for this 2014/2015 session is as follows:

.   Download application form from www.uith.org from 11th August, 2014 to 19th September, 2014.

.   Submission of completed form with the original and photocopy with payment of N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira Only) Bank Draft obtained from First Bank Nigeria PLC in favour of “School of Nursing, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin”.

.   Completed forms and relevant credentials MUST ALL be submitted on or before 19th September, 2014 by 4pm. To the Principal School of Nursing Old Maternity Hospital, Ilorin.

Requirements: Five Credits, English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. WASC/NECO at not more than 2 sittings.

 The Computer Based Testing (CBT) Entrance Examination holds:

On:  27th September, 2014

At: COMSIT CENTER, University Of Ilorin Permanent Site, Ilori

Time: 8:00am prompt

Oral Interview holds:

On:  30th September, 2014

At: School of Nursing, UITH School Complex (Old Maternity Wing Amilegbe, Ilorin)
