PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING
5Credit passes O/L in WASC/NECO Examination which must include Eng-Lang,Mathematics,Biology or Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other subject at not more than two sitting
Registered Nurse & Midwife (for females) or Registered Psychiatry Nurse or any other discipline in Nursing field of not less than 1 year course.
HEALTH ASSISTANT
5 passes O/L in WASC/NECO Examination which must include Eng-Lang, Mathematics,Biology or Health Science, and any other two subjects. 3 out of the five subject must be credit passes.
Candidate with lesser qualification but with working experience in the health sector will be considered.
HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
5 Credit passes O/L in WASC/NECO Examination which must include Eng Lang, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science and two Passes in any other subject.
ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY
5 Credit passes O/L in WASC/NECO Examination which must include Eng Lang, Mathematics,Chemistry,Physics, Biology or Health Science and any other subject in not more than two sittings.
COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS
5 Credit passes O/L in WASC/NECO Examination which must include Eng Lang, Mathematics,Biology,Chemistry,Physics and other subject in not more than two sittings.
JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS
5 passes Ordinary Level in WASC/NECO Examination which must include Eng-Lang, Mathematics,Biology or Health Science, Chemistry, Physics and 3 of these subjects must be at credit passes level.
PHARMACY TECHNICIANS
5 Credit passes O/L in WASC/NECO Examination which must include Eng-Lang,Mathematics,Biology,Chemistry
FOOD HYGIENE
5 passes Ordinary Level in WASC/NECO Examination in any subject with Catering Craft Certificate (NABTEB).

500 naira for scratch card.
2 passport photograph
