Admission Requirements:

For Both Programmes:

Five (5) O’Level credits in:

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
• Mathematics
• English Language
  (In not more than two sittings – WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)

Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) certificate

Current practicing license or evidence of renewal

Birth certificate

Remita receipt for form purchase

Acknowledgement form

Additional Requirement for 1-Year Special Programme:

A degree in Community Health, Health Education, or Public Health
