The Ministry of Health announces the Commencement of Registration of Candidates for Admission into Akwa Ibom State School of Psychiatric Nursing Eket for 2023 academics year. 

A. Date of Registration: Monday 13th February – 10th March, 2023 

B. Venue for Registration: Nursing Services Directorate, Ministry of Health Headquarters, Uyo. Mondays to Fridays Excluding Public Holidays. 

C. Time: 9.00am – 3.00pm each day 

D. Interested candidates are to come with two Photocopies of the following: 

a. Professional Certificate Registered Nurse (RN)

b. Educational Certificates – FSLC, WASSCE, SSCE, GCE, NECO and NABTEB. Five (5) Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings. Except NABTEB cannot be combined with others. 

c. Testimonial from last Professional School attended 

d. Birth Certificate / Age Declaration 

e. Current Practicing licence 

f. Change of name if any. 

g. Certificate of Origin

E. Two recent Colour Passport Photographs.
