This is to inform all Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) candidates who did not apply to the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as their first choice but wish to change that, they may do so but must meet the prescribed requirements of the University programmes as specified in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board brochure for the respective courses. The programmes are:

	B.Sc. Physics

All interested candidates who meet the requirements are to log into the JAMB website for change of Institution and change of course. Candidates who have successfully done the change can proceed to log into the FUHSO portal: www.fuhso.edu.ngfor online post UTME registration. 

NOTE: All candidates who did not apply to the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as their first choice but wish to change to the institution are to upload their O/Level results to JAMB website and FUHSO portal. 

Registration for the online post UTME screening closes on Friday, 7th May, 2021.
