This is to inform the general public that the Management of the College of Nursing Sciences, Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kware, Sokoto has approved the sales of admission forms for the following programmes for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

BASIC MIDWIFERY

DURATION OF PROGRAMME: 3 Years

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five (5) O'level Credits in a) English A b) Mathematics c) Biology d) Chemistry e) Physics obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC and/or NECO. NABTEB stands alone, and cannot be combined with another Certificate.

SALE OF FORMS: Friday, 17th January - Friday, 21st February, 2025

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (CBT): Saturday 1st March, 2025 at 8:00 am

VENUE: Blue Crescent Schools, Mabera Sokoto

INTERVIEW: Monday 3rd March, 2025

VENUE: Academic Building, College of Nursing Sciences, FNPH Kware, Sokoto

TIME: 8:00 am

POST-BASIC MENTAL HEALTH-PSYCHIATRIC NURSING

DURATION OF PROGRAMME: 18 Calendar Months

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A Minimum of five (5) O'levet Credits in a) English b) Mathematics c) Biology d) Chemistry e) Physics obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC and/or NECO. NABTEB stands alone, and cannot be combined with another Certificate. General Nursing Certificate (RN) Registered by the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria

SALE OF FORMS: Friday, 17th January - Friday, 14th March, 2025

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION & SELECTION INTERVIEW: To be communicated to the applicants through SMS

PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASE OF THE FORM

Forms can be accessed in the Admission Office of the College after the payment of a non-refundable sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) Only in the Accounts and Finance Department of the Hospital.

NOTE THAT: No agent is authorized to collect payment or issue admission forms on behalf of the College.
