This is to inform the General Public that the sale of Admission form into the College of Nursing Sciences, UPTH Port Harcourt for the 2025/2026 Academic Session for ND/HND will commence on Mon 13th January, 2025 - Tues. 4th February, 2025

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must not be less than 17 years Old
• Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in English Language, Maathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two (2) sittings (combination of WACE and NECO or GCE is allowed)
• Applicants from the 36 States and the FCT are eligible to apply and to be admitted
• Applicants are to pick their forms at the Registrar's office, College of Nursing Sciences UPTH with a proof of payment/Bank Teller from the Bank.

Application Fee: N20,000 (N0n Refunable)
