Job Title: Call Centre Care Co-ordinator (HMO Nurse)

Job Description
- Attend to calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp and email messages from enrollees, providers and other stakeholders
- Collate and document enrollee's information in relevant format.
- Issue care authorization codes to providers and enrollees.
- Resolve customer complaints directed to the Centre.
- Vet claims according to agreed tariff and regulatory and company guidelines.
- Negotiate cost of care to enrollees.
- Provide customer with product and services information
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, or possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Nursing Council certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Membership of health, management or related bodies Completed NYSC
