About the Position

Qualifications Required

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:  

- Be a registered Medical or Dental Practitioner* with the *Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).  

- Have at least *12 years of post-graduation experience.  

- Hold a current practicing license from the MDCN.  

- Be a Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or its equivalent.  

- Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in medical management.  

- Be medically fit (proof required).  

- Experience in medical research and funded grants is an added advantage.  

- Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is preferred.  

 

Key Responsibilities

As the Chief Medical Director, the selected candidate will:  

- Oversee the execution of hospital policies.  

- Manage hospital administration* and *healthcare service delivery.  

- Work closely with the hospital's Board of Management and government health authorities.  

Salaries & Allowances

The salary and benefits will be in line with the *Public Service Salary Structure* for this role.
