Job Overview

• As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinical units and ensure excellence in service delivery.
• The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the smooth coordination of clinical services, staff performance, patient experience, and administrative efficiency across assigned units.  
• The ideal candidate will bring a mix of clinical understanding and administrative expertise, with at least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in hospital or clinical management settings.  

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring optimal patient flow, efficiency, and quality care delivery.
• Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff within the outpatient and inpatient units. Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow processes to minimize delays and improve service quality.  
• Monitor compliance with healthcare standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. Address patient concerns, ensuring a seamless and compassionate patient experience.  
• Collaborate with department heads and the HR team to ensure adequate staffing and training.  
• Monitor performance indicators, report trends, and recommend improvements to senior management.  
• Participate in strategic planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.  
• Ensure clinic facilities, equipment, and supplies are well-maintained and stocked.  

 

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).  
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in a clinical or hospital management role.  
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of healthcare operations, patient care workflows, and regulatory compliance.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results.  
• Working knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare reporting tools is preferred.
