We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Clinical Midwife

Location: Warri, Delta

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Midwife to join our team. The Clinical Midwife will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical education and training to nursing students in the field of midwifery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clinical learning experiences for nursing students in various settings, including hospitals and community health centers.
  • Supervise and mentor students during clinical placements, ensuring adherence to clinical practice standards and patient care protocols.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and healthcare professionals to assess student performance and provide feedback.
  • Participate in curriculum development and evaluation to enhance the quality of midwifery education.

Requirements

  • Registered Midwife (RM) with 5-7years clinical experience in midwifery practice.
  • PGD in education is a requirement
  • Teaching experience or a passion for educating and mentoring students.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current midwifery practices and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Qualification

Registered Midwife (RM) with a Bachelor's degree in Midwifery
