The sales of application forms for admission into the following programmes will commence as indicated below:

COST:

For both programmes, the cost of form is: Five Thousand Naira only (5,000), bank charges excluded. 

MODE OF APPLICATION AND PAYMENT:

Both the Refresher Basic Midwifery, and Post Basic Midwifery Programemes could be applied for through the College’s website: www.conamkat.edu.ng 

ELIGIBILITY:

1. Refresher Basic Midwifery: Candidates must had been eliminated from a Basic Midwifery programme after a third attempt on NMCN Professional Examination, and must possess a least five (5) O-Level credits (at not more than two sittings), in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB.
2. Post Basic Midwifery: Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurses, and must possess at least five (5) O-Level credits (at not more than two sittings), in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, in WAEC / NECO / NABTEB.
