Application form into BOTH General Nursing and Basic Midwifery Programme 2022 for 2022/2023 academic session are now on sale.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT:

Applicant must possess five credits at not more than two (2) sitting in the following subject English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology from NECO or WACE.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE 

• Step 1: Visit the institution website at https://constambuwal.edu.ng and click on “Online Application Portal” link under Students Section or go directly to https://portal.constambuwal.edu.ng
• Step 2: Click on Start New Application and read the application instruction carefully 
• Step 3: Create Account by filling your basic information and click on Register, copy of your application information would be sent to your Email address 
• Step 4: Use your Username & Password to login, then click on “Generate Invoice” and proceed with your application 
• Step 5: On your invoice click on Pay Using Pay link and select College of Nursing Sciences Tambuwal and enter your payment ID and email address to make payment using debit card. Or you can print your invoice and take it to the POS located in the College of Nursing Sciences Tambuwal Campus. 
• Step 6: After payment login again to the portal confirm your payment upload your passport update your bio-data, fill in your previous academic records, and upload signature. 
• Step 7: Print your Application Acknowledgment Slip and payment receipt for record purpose.

Sales of Admission Form commence on: 28th December, 2022 – 16th January, 2023

Entrance Exams on: (CBT) 21st January, 2023 – R-RESULT 24th January, 2023
