Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba (Delta State Government owned Institution), hereby, announces the commencement of the admission exercise for the approved programmes of the University for the 2024/2025 academic session. Suitably qualified candidates who scored 140 and above in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and made Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba, their first choice of institution, or have changed to the University as their first choice, are eligible to apply.

COURSES AVAILABLE ARE:

FACULTY OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES

• B.NSc. Nursing Science
• B.Sc. Optometry

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics in either SSCE, or NABTEB, or NECO, or GCE O' level, in not more than two sittings. This is in addition to other entry requirements stipulated by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Direct entry candidates with OND or HND must possess, at least, lower credits from recognized institutions. Candidates with NCE should have merit grades and candidates with JUPEB or IJMB should have a minimum of four (4) points obtained from, at least, two subjects.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Candidates are to apply online at www.dou.edu.ng and make an online payment of Two Thousand Naira only (N2,000.00). Candidates should also upload their O' level result(s) and a clear passport photograph taken on a red background. Please note that the application starts on Monday, 29th July, 2024 and closes on Friday, 6th August, 2024.
