Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Pre-Degree Programme of Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, for 2020/2021 Session. The guidelines on subject combinations for selection of courses and Faculties are stated in the University website: virvvw.eksu.edu.ng.

A. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 

Applicants seeking admission into the Pre-Degree Programme must possess a minimum of five '0' level Credit passes at not more than two sittings, including English Language: 

1. For all the Science-based courses, Credit passes in Mathematics and in at least three other Science subjects are compulsory. 
2. For all Social Sciences-based courses, Credit passes in Mathematics and in at least two Social Science subjects are compulsory. 
3. For all Arts-based courses, Credit passes in at least three Arts subjects are compulsory. 

B. METHOD OF APPLICATION/PAYMENT PROCEDURE 

Applicants are to: 

1. Login to www.quickteller.com
2. Search for "Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti" at the "find a biller'' Search Bar
3. Fill in your email address or phone number in the space provided. 
4. Input the Payer's Full name (The Applicant's full name) 
5. Search for APPLICATION FORM (PRE-DEGREE)" 
6. Click on "Continue" 
7. Fill in your card details 
8. Click on "pay" 
9. Login to the University website: www.eksu.edu.ng or eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng 
10. Click on Pre-Degree Application 
11. Supply basic information requested 
12. Enter the information requested for validation
13. Fill the Application form and submit after completion online 

C. IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

1. Pre-Degree Students are required to take the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtain the National minimum UTME cut-off mark as may be fixed by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). 
2. Only candidates who are successful in the internal Pre-degree examinations conducted by the Directorate of Pre-Degree Programme and satisfy the UTME requirement would be considered for admission into 100 level of the full-time degree programmes in the University including MBBS, Law, Nursing Science, etc.
3. Candidates are to visit the University website: www.eksu.edu.ng for more information, 
4. Ali candidates seeking admission into the Pre-Degree Programme must note that admission into the various degree programmes is not automatic.
