GUIDELINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT

Please submit your abstract on or before 28th February, 2021

  • Choose a sub-theme under which abstract is to be submitted
  • Abstract must be structured – background, purpose, materials and methods, results conclusion/implication for practice
  • It must not be more than 350 words
  • There must be at least 3-5 key words
  • The email of the submitting author will be used for communication except otherwise stated by the person submitting
  • The presenting author must register one week to the conference otherwise the abstract will be taken down
  • Co-authors who register will be given certificate of attendance or vice versa
  • Abstract Reviewing Committee will assess all abstracts to ensure conformity to the stipulated standards
  • Letter of acceptance and rejection will be issued accordingly.
  • All accepted abstracts will be presented with power points
  • Only 4 points should be on each slide (it may be less but not more than 4 points)
  • The abstract on power point should be submitted to the Chairman Abstract Reviewing Committee 4 days before the conference starts.
  • Late submission of abstract is not acceptable
  • The abstract presenter must be available for the presentation on the scheduled date and time otherwise the chance for presentation will be forfeited.
  • The duration of presentation is 5 minutes and additional time will be given for questions and answers
  • There is no certificate of presentation since it is only abstract.
