ADVERTISEMENT FOR ADMISSION INTO THE FEDERAL SCHOOL OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

 Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the above named school for the training programme leading to the award of professional Diploma in Occupational Therapy for 2021/2022 academic session. 

ENTRY QUALIFICATION 

Prospective candidates must possess a minimum entry qualification of senior secondary school certificate or its equivalent with five (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings in the following subjects:-

1. English language 

2. Physics 

3. Biology 

4. Mathematics 

5. Chemistry 

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION

1. Selection of candidates will be based on entrance examination and oral interview 

2. Selected candidates will be required to pass stipulated medical examinations. 

METHOD OF APPLICATION 

Applications are to be made from 1st September, 2021 Payment to Bank: 

1. Log on to www.remia.net 

2. Click on Biller & Purchase - Pay Billers 

3. on MDA select Federal School of Occupational Therapy, Yaba Select Entrance Form for service/purpose

Type in the amount N15,000 (non refundable) Complete the rest of the page and generate RRR number for payment at any commercial bank. 

4. Collect a receipt titled e-invoice from Bank. Collection of Form: 

5. Bring the e-invoice to the Bursary Department of the school in exchange for the form. For further information and clarification, kindly visit the school. 

CLOSING DATE 

All completed forms should reach the office of the registrar not later than 30thDecember, 2021. 

Entrance exam Date: 13th January, 2022. 

Interview Date: 14th January, 2022.
