We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Full-Time Pharmacist

Location: Lekki, Ikate - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays

 

Overview

  • We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at our Lekki (Ikate) branch.
  • The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a community pharmacy, possess strong interpersonal and dispensing skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality healthcare services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately
  • Provide professional advice on the proper use of medications and possible side effects.
  • Counsel patients on drug interactions, lifestyle, and preventive health practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and manage drug expiries.
  • Maintain accurate patient medication records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and train pharmacy technicians, interns, and attendants.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ethical practices.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and suppliers to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
  • Current and valid license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a community pharmacy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and inventory systems.
  • Must reside within or around Lekki/Ikate axis.
