We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager (Medical Laboratory)

Location: Owerri, Imo

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day operational oversight of the medical laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Manage laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventory, ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and procurement to support uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and manage the laboratory's budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining high-quality services.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, and external partners to enhance collaboration and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lab managerial position.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
