Hands is a national NGO that is committed to bringing relief to people affected by neglected tropical diseases and disabilities across Nigeria by applying the best health-based practices and services. The head office is in Jos, Plateau State. At this time, HANDS is seeking the services of competent vendors to come for pre-qualification. Before the process, Vendors are called upon to declare their interest by requesting the pre-qualification document either directly from the head office or to be sent to them via mail.

Services From Required Vendors will Include:

• Production and Printing Services
• Radio jingle production and airing
• Supply of Pharmaceutical and Medical consumables
• Supply of Hospital equipment
• Provision of catering services
• Supply of office equipment's computers and stationers
• Vehicle repair services and spare parts supply
• Hall hire, hotel/accommodation, and restaurant services
• Car hire Services
• Telecommunication Services

Interested Vendors Should Note the Following:

• Request for pre-qualification form either directly at the head office or via mail at [email protected]
• Submit filled pre-qualification form including HANDS children and Adult at Risk Safeguarding Policy Code of Conduct document
• Attach supporting documents (CAC, Tax clearance document, company profile document, comprehensive company price List, at least two reference letters either from a bank or organizations the company has worked with in the past, and pharmacy premise license which applies to pharmaceutical and medical consumables
