Job Title: Hospital Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in hospital administration or healthcare management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• Ability to prioritize tasks, make strategic decisions and problem-solve effectively
• Commitment to quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
