Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in hospital administration or healthcare management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make strategic decisions and problem-solve effectively
- Commitment to quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
