We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist to manage the hospital’s pharmacy operations, ensure proper dispensing of medications, and provide expert guidance on safe drug use.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed drugs accurately and counsel patients on proper usage.
• Verify prescriptions for legality, safety, and potential drug interactions.
• Maintain adequate inventory of drugs and medical supplies.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure adherence to dispensing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Participate in medication reviews, audits, and stock control processes.
• Educate clinical teams and patients on drug-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Current license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
