Our client, Aestheticon Clinic, is recruiting to fill the position.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Laboratory Officer

Location: Abuja

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Laboratory.
• Examining and analyzing blood, body fluids, tissues, and cells.
• Relaying test results to physicians.
• Utilizing microscopes, cell counters, and other high-precision lab equipment.
• Cross matching blood for transfusion.
• Monitoring patient outcomes.
• Establishing quality assurance programs to monitor and ensure the accuracy of test results.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an MBBS qualification.
• 3 years laboratory and QA/QC experience.
• Ability to lead and manage a team (setting of KPI’s, people management).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Mathematical / data consolidation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer Skills (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge and understanding of Quality Standards.
• Good problem-solving skills.
