Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a proactive, quick learner with a biomedical background to join our team as a Laboratory Technician.
• This role involves equipment installation, vendor sourcing, technical issue resolution and there's on-the-job training for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

Equipment Installation:

• Install and set up biomedical equipment following safety and operational guidelines.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure proper functionality.

Vendor Sourcing and Management:

• Collaborate with vendors to source quality biomedical equipment and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and handle inquiries and issues.

On-the-Job Training:

• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
• Learn and contribute within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a lab or hospital setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
