B. FEDERAL SCHOOL OF BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING (FSBE) – ND

Requirement for Admission into the School of Health Information Management 

ND: 5 O'Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Minimum Jamb Score: 120 

HND: 5 O'Level Credits In English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. ND Certificate & Evidence of One Year Industrial Attachment 

a. Requirement for Admission into the Federal School of Biomedical Engineering (FSBE) 

ND: 5 O'Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Minimum Jamb Score: 120 

Method of Application 

To complete this process, you will require a valid debit/credit card. 

A. How to Register on the portal: 

• Visit schools.luth.gov.ng and click register.
• Register and pay access fee.
• Choose your school of interest 

Please ensure that you meet the requirements for admission into the School. 

B. How to log in: 

• Check your email after registration. 
• Click the link in the email to login to the portal and set your password. 
• Click "Buy form" to visit the remita payment to purchase page. 
• Make payment of N5,000.00 to purchase the Application form. 

C. How to complete the Application Form: 

• Click "Fill Form" after paying to complete the Application Form online. 
• Submit the Application. 
• Check your email to download and print a copy of the completed Application Form. 

Note: APPLICANTS MUST PRINT OUT THEIR COMPLETED ONUNE GENERATED FORM. SHORT LISTED APPLICANTS WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THIS DURING THE POST UTME.
