Job Title: Lecturer I (Community Medicine)

Location: Wukari, Taraba

Department: Community Medicine

Requirements

Candidates applying for this position are expected to possess either:

  • A First Degree with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) and a Doctorate Degree in their respective field from recognized Universities with at least three (3) years of teaching and research experience since becoming a Lecturer II in a University or comparable Institution of Higher Learning along with at least 4 publications in reputable an (of which he/she must be the first author in at least one), OR
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS, MBChB) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/BChD) from recognized Universities, a Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or the West African College of Physicians (FWACP) or West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) in their area of specialization.
  • He/She also must be a registered Medical Practitioner with the Nigeria Medical and Dental Council. Possession of additional relevant qualifications and/or publication(s) in peer-reviewed journals will be an added advantage.

CONMESS 4 (N3,323,971-N4,201,314) per annum
