We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• •       Dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist or doctors
• •       Verifying the accuracy of patient information.
• •       Counting prescription medication, filling prescriptions, and typing and attaching medication labels.
• •       Receive and process prescriptions accurately
• •       Handle inventory: stock, label, reorder, and record supplies
• •       Provide basic guidance to customers on medication usage
• •       Operate pharmacy software (EMR) to Support patient care and pharmacy workflow as needed
• •       Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including measuring, mixing, and labelling.
• •       Accurately fill and label prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• •       Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications and supplies.
• •       Provide information and assistance to patients regarding their medications, including dosage instructions and potential side effects.
• •       Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies regarding the handling and dispensing of medications.
• •       Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• •       Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

•       Pharmacy Technician Certificate, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

•       Must be a resident of Ogba or Close area.
