Registrars Requirements
Applicants seeking the positions of Registrars / Senior Registrars must possess the following:
- Evidence of graduation from any accredited medical school (MBBS).
- Evidence of passing primary examination of either the National or West African Postgraduate Medical College in the Candidate's chosen field of specialization.
- Evidence of full registration with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
- Evidence of current annual practice license, and
- Evidence of NYSC discharge certificate or exemption as the case may be.
- Senior Registrars who have completed their postings are also eligible to apply. (Evidence of having passed Part 1 Examination).
Medical Laboratory Scientist Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) Degree from a recognised University, he/she must have successfully completed the one year internship program, be registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) with a current practicing license and must have completed the NYSC programme or obtained exemption.
Consultant Requirements
- Candidates must possess Fellowship of National postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or Fellowship of West African Postgraduate Medical College.
- Candidates should have current practicing license by the medical and dental council of Nigeria and NYSC discharge or exemption as the case may be.
- NOTE: Consultants who have retired can also apply for the employment.
Pharmacist Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Pharmacy, registrable with the Pharmacists Board of Nigeria plus at least one year post registration cognate experience.
- An NYSC. discharge or Exemption certificate will be required.
Dental Therapist Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Higher National Diploma in Dental Technology from a recognized Institution the candidate will be required to provide an NYSC discharge certificate or must have obtained an exemption certificate.
Medical Officer Requirements
- Evidence of graduating from any medical college.
- NYSC discharge or an exemption certificate as the case may be.
- Evidence of practicing license.
Biomedical Engineer Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Technology from a recognised institution
- Candidates must have completed the NYSC program or obtained exemption certificate, and should have relevant post-qualification experience.
Physiotherapist Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University, must have completed the one year internship program, be registered with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapist Registration (MRTB) with a practicing license and must have completed the one year NYSC Program or obtained an exemption certificate.
Nursing Officer Requirements
- Candidate must possess RN, RM, BNSC. plus one year post-graduation internship, NYSC discharge or Exemption certificate registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council and license to practice with cognate post exemption experience.
- Candidates with sub-specialty eg. Peri- ups, Anastasia, Orthopaedic, Paediatrics certificates etc. have an added advantage.
Radiographer Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Radiology.
- Candidates must possess license from Nigerian Radiographers Registration Board (NRRB) to practice Radiography and NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Optometrist Requirements
- Candidates must possess Bachelor of Science Degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification and the candidate will be required to provide an NYSC discharge certificate or must have obtained an exemption certificate.
