QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACADEMIC STAFF

Graduate Assistant: Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second-Class Upper), NYSC Certificate  

Assistant Lecturer: Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g ACA, BL, MBBS, DVM, B.Pharm, NSE/COREN)  

Lecturer II: Master’s degree and 3 years post-qualification experience  and professional certification  

Lecturer I: Master’s degree and 4 years teaching experience and 16 research publication points or postgraduate fellowship  

Senior Lecturer: PhD and 5 years teaching experience and 32 publication points (21 journal articles)

QUALIFICATIONS FOR TECHNICAL STAFF

Medical Laboratory Technician / Health Information Management Technician: HND/B.Tech and NYSC and current license  

Instructor / Education Officer: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and NYSC
