- The medical consultant will work in the design and implementation of various research studies and projects at EHA Clinics.

Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose:
- Master and implement the new Disability Adjusted Life Year (DALY) estimation tool to generate standardized quality scores for clinical documentation.
Engagement:
- Develop and deploy targeted data collection systems using platforms like Survey C -T -O to gather feedback and operational metrics from clinical teams.
Delivery:
- Design and execute a comprehensive evaluation framework to measure the impact of structured feedback on the accuracy, completeness, and clinical value of patient notes.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draft evaluation reports on the effectiveness of LLM-generated feedback for documentation practices and patient care.
- Conduct expert clinical analysis to identify and report on alignments and discrepancies in clinical findings and treatment plans across patient records.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge
- Post-graduate residency training completed in Family Medicine
- Able to dedicate 10–15 hours per week to remote work from a home setup.
- Proficient in email communication and collaborative documents (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Availability to attend and actively participate in mandatory remote training sessions and virtual team meetings.
- Working in Northern Nigeria preferably.
