Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomy/Lab Technician to join our healthcare team.
• As a Phlebotomy / Lab Technician, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, processing and preparing samples for laboratory testing and performing various lab tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients using proper phlebotomy techniques
• Process and prepare samples for laboratory testing, including centrifugation, aliquoting, and labelling
• Perform routine lab tests, such as complete blood counts, blood chemistry tests, and urinalyses
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, microscopes, and analyzers
• Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and patient information
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
