Services include general outpatient, and in-patient clinics, maternity services, general and specialist surgery, laboratory services and public health/health and social care supports.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician / Phlebotomist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

 

Responsibilities

Collect and label specimens; register and prepare samples; perform authorised tests; maintain temperature and cleaning records; prepare referral samples; and follow infection-control procedures.

Requirements

• Recognised Laboratory Technician qualification; current MLSCN registration/licence; phlebotomy competence; and relevant experience.
• Current professional registration and practising licence where applicable.
• Verifiable employment history and references.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Willingness to undertake shift, weekend or night duties where required.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
