Kingsfield Diagnostics Services, a Diagnostics / Healthcare services firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Sample collection, separation and transportation
• Maintain all inventories.
• Analyzing blood specimens using the correct testing equipment, when necessary.
• Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.
• Label, sort and check specimens
• Preparing specimens for transportation, including labeling vials accurately and matching blood specimens to patients.
• Keeping and maintaining records of patient names, volume of blood drawn, and diagnostic findings.
• Ordering laboratory supplies, as needed.
• Perform all other laboratory duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• MLA / MLT qualifications
• Current Practicing license with MLSCN
• Experience as a Phlebotomist
• Customer orientated staff
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
