Job Summary

  • We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Medical Officers to join our dynamic team.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services, ensuring high standards of care, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and diagnose medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Stay current with medical advancements and integrate new techniques and treatments into practice.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Perform emergency medical procedures and provide life-saving interventions when required.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice.
  • Proven experience 1-3 years as a Medical Officer.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
