The National Health Insurance Scheme has proposed to spend the sum of N191.7m on a maternal and child health care project in 2021, which will cover 15,184 Nigerians.
The Executive Secretary of NHIS, Muhammad Sambo, made this known in Abuja on Wednesday, when he appeared before the House Committee on Health Care Services to defend the 2021 budget proposed by the scheme.
