This is to inform all qualified Doctors of Optomery, wishing to undergo a 4 year institution based Postgraduate training leading to the award of Fellowship of the College in any of the specialties that the primary examinations for admission into any of the Faculties have been scheduled as fellows:

Date: 13th February, 2025

Venue: Venue Department of Optometry, University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

Time: 11am

QUALIFICATION:

Any intending applicant should posses the following qualification:

• A degree of O.D (Doctor of Optometry) from any institution accredited by the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board of Nigeria (ODORBN)
• A 3 years post NYSC clinical experiences.
• Must be in good standing with ODORBN.

EXAMINATIONS WILL BE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING FACULTIES/SPECIALITIES:

• Primary Care Optometry
• Public Health Optometry
• Cornea and Contact Lenses
• Rehabilitative Optometry and Low Vision Care
• Pediatric Optometry
• Ocular Health
• Orthoptics
