  • Notification of Registration (RN only) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
  • A valid practising licence (RN) issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
  • Heads of Departments are advised to collect these documents for graduate nurses at least 30 days before their respective NYSC mobilization dates. Please note that graduate Nurses must present these documents as part of the requirement for registration at NYSC Camp.
  • The council is committed to ensuring that Notification of Registration and practising licences are available for collection within 30 days before mobilization. Please note that intending youth corpers must comply with the above directives and fulfil the requirements for participation in the NYSC program.
  • Permanent practising licenses are only issued to nurses who have fulfilled their one-year internship obligations. Heads of Departments are encouraged to inform their nursing students about these requirements early in their academic journey.
