TIME: 8:00 am-4:00 pm Daily
VENUE: Nurses House Plot 204 Trans Amadi Int'l Layout, by Sasun Hotel, Port Harcourt.
FEE: Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000) Only
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
- Pay the N20,000 workshop fee into; MCPDP, Fidelity Account 6060040539
- Pay any time before the program. The number of participants determines programmed Scheduling
- Register the teller at Rivers State Secretariat, Ministry of Health, 4th Floor, Room 33 or 34 for MCPDP receipt. Only nurses who registered their evidence of payment will be attended to according to the date registered.
- Bring originals of payment receipts, professional certificates and licenses for accreditation at the training venue.
