Job Title: Naturopathic Health Advisor

Job Responsibilties

• Review and refine current product formulations to ensure maximum efficacy and compliance with herbal best practices.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to recommend appropriate products and lifestyle adjustments.
• Provide information to customers on the scientific benefits and uses of the company’s herbal products.
• Research and propose new product ideas based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Lead live sessions, Q&A events, and workshops to educate customers on the natural treatment approach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product usage guides and testimonials for credibility.

Job Qualifications

• Certification or degree in Naturopathy, Alternative Medicine, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of herbs.
• Passion for holistic wellness and experience in customer education.
