Confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nigeria is now 873 as 91 new cases were recorded on Wednesday, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control said. 74 of the cases were recorded in Lagos,5 in Katsina, 4 in Ogun, 2 in Delta and Edo, while Kwara, Oyo, FCT and Adamawa recorded one each.
“As at 11:25 pm 22nd April there are 873 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria,” NCDC said on Twitter on Wednesday night. The commission also stated that 197 patients have been discharged with 28 deaths.
