Job Description

We are looking for Nurses Educator in the following field:

  • Microbiology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
  • Entrepreneurship Education
  • Social and Behavioural Sciences.

 

Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Mentoring: Instructing students in clinical skills, and guiding experienced nurses in new protocols or advanced techniques.
  • Curriculum Development: Designing and implementing educational programs that align with healthcare needs and best practices.
  • Continuing Education: Providing ongoing training for nurses to update their skills and knowledge, including new technologies.
  • Clinical Support: Assisting nurses with patient care questions, offering guidance, and ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Research and Evidence-Based Practice: Staying current with the latest research and incorporating it into teaching materials.
  • Collaboration: Working with medical providers, unit management, and other staff to improve patient care.
  • Patient Education: Providing education to patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.

 

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 4 years of experience.
