- Receiving of calls.
- Responds to clients within approved timeline.
- Give pre-authorization to care.
- Escalates complaint received to appropriate offices.
- Responds appropriately to situations in appropriate ways.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Registered Nurses, Registered Midwifes.
