Job Description

• Receiving of calls.
• Responds to clients within approved timeline.
• Give pre-authorization to care.
• Escalates complaint received to appropriate offices.
• Responds appropriately to situations in appropriate ways.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
• Registered Nurses, Registered Midwifes.
