Nursingworld Nigeria seeks to engage the services of a smart, young and astute professional for the post of a Company Nurse/ BDO

Our ideal candidate is a highly intelligent individual who is passionate about medical training and consultancy. This is a full-time role at our Ikeja office in Lagos with a salary range of 80,000 - 150,000naira per month

Job Description:

• In this role, you will work to identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Identify opportunities for training campaigns, services and distribution channels
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Plan and manage the distribution of publicity materials
• Devise marketing campaigns and organize a calendar of marketing events
• Represent the company at events
• Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
• Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels
• Write press releases and articles
• Market available training and provide necessary information about sessions
• Maintain database and training records
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Instruct First aid courses

Key Skills/Competencies:

• Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (word, excel, powerpoint etc)
• Experienced in the delivery of First Aid Training
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Strong communication skills and writing skills (proposals, letters)
• Creative mindset
• Ability to multitask
• Social media skills
• Love teaching/ training/ PowerPoint presentation
• Ability to drive business growth and development
