This is to inform all interested candidates that the Sale of form into the Government owned schools of Nursing and Midwifery (SONM) 2020/2021 session is on.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

Eligible candidates MUST possess WAEC/GCE/NECO O’Level , with minimum of Five (5) credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings. Candidates awaiting result can also apply.

• Collect Bank Name and Account Number/Code from the Account Department of Ministry of Health, Abeokuta
• Present the Bank Teller/Print out to the account department after payment, proceed to Room 104 for further processing.
• Proceed to On-line Registration: www.mohsonmportal.com for the completion of your registration and print out your Examination Photo Card.

Application Closes August, 2020 

Examination date to be communicated to applicants later. 

Venue: School of Nursing, Idi-aba Abeokuta 

Time: 8:00am 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Only on-line application is required 
• Applicants are requested to have a functional e-mail address and phone number for future contact. 
• Examination is computer based testing (CBT)
• Candidates are advised to keep their Log in PIN as loss of PIN will attract payment of another fee for application form.
• No payment should be made to any individual/Agent or personal bank account. 

Do not pay cash to anyone, Beware of FRAUDSTERS.
