A prgenant Coronavirus patient in Oyo State has been delivered of a baby at the Infectious Disease Centre, Olodo, Ibadan.
Governor Seyi Makinde, who disclosed this yesterday, while giving COVID-19 update, said: “We had our first COVID-19 patient delivery at the Infectious Disease Centre, Olodo. Mother and baby are doing well.”
The governor also said tests for 19 suspected cases came back positive. The development brings confirmed cases in Oyo State to 1451. “Sadly, we had two COVID-19 related deaths. So, the number of deaths is 14.”
