Job Title: Patient Note Taker

Job Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Patient Note Taker to assist with patient documentation and note-taking.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with our healthcare professionals to manage patient records.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient interactions, including medical histories, exam notes, diagnoses, and treatment plans, directly into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Assist healthcare providers in managing patient records and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or certification in a healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience as a medical records.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
