Erkang Ilorin Company Limited fast growing multinational start up Pharmaceutical Company based in Ilorin Kwara state, we are into manufacturing of Large Volume Parenterals (LVP) infusions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Manager

Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and train medical representatives, providing guidance to ensure they achieve sales goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute 1–3 year sales and marketing strategies to increase market share for pharmaceutical products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare sales forecasts for senior management.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Product Promotion: Organize and oversee promotional activities, product launches, and scientific meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with several years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of local pharmaceutical markets, medical terminology, and compliance regulations.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Applicants should be 40 years or below.
